Kendra Scott is one of my favorite accessory brands and is often one of the first places I go when it comes to picking out gameday jewelry. The store is consistently stocked with purple, gold and yellow items all year, so it is an easy one-stop-shop for LSU fans…even though we all know I most likely take more than one stop there each football season!
Kendra Scott’s Rayne necklace is one of the easiest ways to dress up your gameday look. I like how you can wear neutral colors like black, white or chambray, and add this necklace for a pop of bright color that represents your team. I have the this necklace in both yellow and purple, and I get tons of use out of both of them outside of the football season. There are 40 different colors you can choose from, so you can find the color that fits your university!
LSU fans are lucky that gold is one of our primary team colors. This allows me to use a lot of my everyday jewelry for gameday since I buy a lot of gold items throughout the year.
Besides what I have already mentioned, there are two main reasons why I like to wear Kendra Scott for gamedays:
1.) You can make custom jewelry at the Color Bar. Sure there are plenty of purple and gold options already available at Kendra Scott, which is good for Tiger fans, but what is even better is the ability to make your own gameday jewels. I have made a few items at the Color Bar, and it’s so much fun to pick your style and fill in the jewels with the ladies at the store. They also do a great job of helping you pair colors together and find the best mixing and matching for your piece.
2.) Kendra Scott nail polish!! These bottles of polish look so pretty in person and give me so many heart-eyes emojis! I planned to display these bottles with my jewelry before I even thought about actually painting my nails with it. This week is the Gold Game for LSU, and I HAD to get the gold metallic polish for this weekend. I took it to my regular nail shop, along with the pink agate polish for my toes, and now really feel ready for the Gold Game! The polish is even prettier on my nails than in the bottle…if that’s possible.
I will continue to be a loyal Kendra Scott customer, especially since our store in Baton Rouge is so lovely. Of course I enjoy shopping there, but I also love catching up with the ladies who work there when I go in to shop. They are all so sweet and extremely helpful. You can tell how much they love their job!
I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of both bottles of nail polish. Let me know your favorite color in the comments, because I have a feeling I will be picking up a few more bottles!
Thank you to the ladies at Kendra Scott in Baton Rouge for the bottle of pink agate nail polish to start me on the KS polish train!
