I know that some of you might not be LSU fans. I might not understand it, but I promise I do get it. Even though you might not cheer for the Tigers, some of my favorite gameday items I wear on the sidelines can be personalized to show your own school spirit!
We are currently practicing and getting ready for our bowl game in Orlando at the end of the month, and as I start to make a list of items to pack up, I came across some great gift ideas. All of these items can be used throughout the year, so don’t fret that football season is about to come to a close. Anyway, there is always baseball season to get gameday ready for too!
Kendra Scott Rayne necklace | Sallie Bynum Anzelmo state coaster | Jon Hart Design clear purse | Sallie Bynum Anzelmo wine glasses | Kendra Scott nail polish | Louisiana Home T | Savvyroot clear purse | DIFF sunglasses | Baublebar acrylic state necklace
Kendra Scott Rayne necklace
This necklace is a staple in my wardrobe, and I already own it in four different colors. With over 30 colors to choose from, you can pick up this necklace in pretty much any team color. It is also a great piece to wear throughout the year and not reserved for gamedays only.
Sallie Bynum Anzelmo State Coaster
Sallie makes these hand-painted coasters in a variety of southern states and colors as well as personalized area code coasters. She also also has cowhide coasters in her shop where you can pick what state you would like to represent.
Jon Hart Design clear Becky crossbody purse
My purple Becky bag has a gold foil LSU monogram stamped right on the front to complete my gameday look. I get SO many compliments on this bag and received it as a gift from a co-worker last Christmas. It is a combination of two of my favorite things – LSU and purses. You can’t go wrong. This bag is college-stadium approved and you can choose between 15 colors to match your school perfectly plus add a custom monogram!
Sallie Bynum Anzelmo Wine Glasses
Not only does she feature coasters, but Sallie also makes hand-painted wine glasses for the school of your choice. These LSU ones have a traditional pawprint painted on them, but she also has glasses that incorporate your school’s colors in a unique design. These are perfect for parties and tailgating. If you don’t see your school colors represented, send her a message for a custom order.
Kendra Scott Nail Polish
I love my Kendra Scott jewels and now I can match my nails to my precious gems. Win-win if you ask me! Again, Kendra Scott has multiple colors for you to choose from to paint your nails the winning colors. I’m glad one of our main colors at LSU is gold, because this gold polish looks gorgeous for all of those days between game days.
Louisiana Home T
Shea bought me a Louisiana Home T for one of my birthdays and I wear it all the time. Any time it comes to getting something state related I always feel like I have to choose between Louisiana and Texas. Well, the past five years Louisiana has won…and will continue to win. This t-shirt is super soft, and you can buy one for him, her, kids, etc.
Savvyroot Astor Clear Crossbody Purse
With the NFL clear bag policy and newly implement policies at college stadiums, women must carry itty bitty purses or wear a clear bag to games. Literally, a zip-loc bag is approved, but ain’t no woman in the SEC got time for that. Local purse maker Savvyroot designed this clear crossbody that can be worn to games and even after for a night on the town.
DIFF Sunglasses
I have both a purple and a gold framed pair of DIFF sunglasses. Don’t judge me. When your school is represented by two main colors, how do you expect me to choose between them? You wouldn’t. These glasses come in a variety of colors and frames, so you can mix and match your team colors and style of sunglasses. I purchased mine from on of my favorite spots in town, NK Boutique.
Baublebar acrylic state necklace
Out of all of the accessories I bought for this football season, I received the most compliments and questions on my mini purple Louisiana pendant. It is also perfect for me that it is on a gold chain. You can choose between a mini and a full-size pendant and pick your state and color for a complete customized piece of jewelry.
